What to bring or have handy
- A recent electricity bill — ideally a full year, so we can size against your real use
- The roof age, if you know it, and whether it has been re-shingled
- Where the electrical panel is, and roughly how full it looks
- Any renovation plans: an addition, a heat pump, a hot tub, an EV in the driveway

The visit
About an hour on site. Roof measurements, shading, panel and attic runs, and a walk through a year of your bills at the kitchen table.
The fixed quote
Usually within a few days: a layout, a production estimate and one price covering equipment, labour, permits and inspection.

We take on work that somebody else installed — service calls and repairs, inverter and battery faults, monitoring that was never properly set up, and full takeovers when the original installer has gone quiet or gone under. Tell us what is on the roof and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping.

Is the site visit really free?
Yes. No fee, no deposit and no obligation to buy. We would rather spend an hour finding out that your roof is a poor candidate than sell you a system that disappoints you for twenty-five years.
Do you serve my area?
We work across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area — the 416, the 905 and the surrounding towns. If you are further out in Ontario, call us anyway: we travel for larger residential and commercial jobs.
How soon can you install?
Once the quote is signed, permits and utility paperwork usually set the pace rather than our schedule — typically a few weeks. The install itself is one to three days on site for a typical home.
